Book Club for Moms - this therapy group for moms starting May 29 at Fireside Haven Studio will run for 6 weeks on Thursdays at 10:45am-11:45am. Moms are welcome to bring their babies along!
In this group we will be learning more about matrescence (the process of becoming a mom and shifting identity) using the book Mothershift by Jessie Harrold as a guide. Jessie is a Canadian author and does so much beautiful work to support moms!
If you are a mom who recently had a baby or have small children, this one is for you. Motherhood is such a gift, but it also brings about a ton of changes. It is common to feel like a part of you has been lost. Moms do not receive a lot of support these days and I want to change that.
