Board Meetings

At the Hespeler Village BIA, we welcome community involvement and feedback. If you'd like to speak at a Board meeting, you can request to appear as a delegation.
 

To do so, please fill the Request to Speak at a Board Meeting form, and send a copy of any material that will be presented/distributed during your presentation. Submit it to info@hespelervillagebia.ca at least 14 business days prior to the meeting.

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.​

*Each speaker shall limit his/her remarks to the specified time allotment and to the topic indicated on the application. In the interest of time, speakers may be asked to limit their presentation. Organized groups may choose a single spokesperson who may speak for the group with no increase in time.
